After beginning to work freelance in 2001, the primary focus of Houser CRWC has been on writing and editing. In addition, Houser CRWC is also available to work on other types of projects, with some examples described in Services. Most of the work done by Houser CRWC has been with psychiatry and neurology compounds.

1990: Began work as a CRA at Burroughs Wellcome Co. (a legacy company of GlaxoSmithKline).
1990 to 1997: Monitored studies in Phases I through IV, including serving as primary/coordinating monitor.
1997: Transitioned to primarily a project management role, with more responsibilities in regulatory writing and publications.
2001: Transitioned to freelance work.
1990 to present: Obtained valuable experience in most aspects of the drug development cycle and gained an intimate knowledge of how the data collected at a study site go through the process that leads to their presentation in a report and submission.
